Dear Ms. D
I'm embarrassed to say that I do remember reading it - but this damn CRAFT disease has me not remembering the ingredients! :^:
Hang in here - I'm sure someone younger and with a better memory will offer it soon! J PS - could you enjoy a nice warm cup of green tea while you're waiting? |
Hey Miss D ~
Could this be of any help?
Kirei Member Registered: Aug 2001 Location: Okinawa Japan Posts: 67 Cinnabon Latte Another recipe I adapted. I got the idea form the Atkins cookbook hot chocalte recipe, only this one has less carbs, because you are not using cocoa. Cinnabon Latte- 1/3 cup cream 2/3 cup water 2-3 equal packets or splenda(according to taste) 1-2 teaspoons Atkins vanilla syrup (I can't remember how much I put in) 1/2 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon Wisk all together over low-medium heat until hot (do not bring to a boil) Maybe you could just eliminate the vanilla syrup/cinnamon and add in the cocoa to your taste? Sorry hon, gotta get off here but that's all I could come up with for now. |
Thanks MamaJ!!! I haven't tried the recipe yet--green tea has been holding me over!!
