3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Wow, its been a while since Ive been here! Ive been working hard, going to school for 14 hours a day, and doing clinical training in between that time, and I get so tired, I am unable to check my email, let alone have any time to post! I bet quite a few of you thought I had given up huh?:) Well, guess what? I started on Atkins on December 13th, and started at a size 34 pants, and my weight was 330. I dont weigh myself, but I am now in a size 28 pant, and have lost 25 inches off of my body!! I cant believe it! Its the best program I have been on. I am so happy with the way I am eating. I feel wonderful, have so much energy, and am able to keep up with my schedule! I no longer need my anti-depressants, and am sleeping better than I have in years! Im so proud of myself. I am not working out per se, but I am working my butt off at work! I run up and down the halls, lift people all day long, and am continuously on my feet, doing nursing work, and hardly ever sit down, so I know thats helping quite a bit too!

Five people have already noticed the weight loss! People come up to me and say "Hey, your getting skinnier huh?!" i love it. I am telling you, its the easiest program to stick to. At first I thought it would be hard, giving up my sweets, and carbs, but I dont even crave them anymore. Food tastes better, I can actually taste the salt in my cheese! I had a strawberry for the first time in a while today, and it was the sweetest thing I had ever tasted..and it wasnt even fully ripe yet!
