Daily Food Logs week of 2/17

    Monday
    Breakfast--
    1 harboiled egg, mayo&sourcream (eggsalad)
    dried beef

    Lunch
    1 cup ground beef, 1 slice melted swiss cheese

    Supper
    TACO SALAD!!

    Drank some water and 1 diet pepsi, and 1 diet rootbeer.
    1 mile on treadmill.

  • I had been kidnapped by the sugar monster!!!!!! I escaped, just this morning

    Drank lots of water today, and too much coffee too, but thats better than a krispy kreme!

    ok, here's what I had today

    Breaky, egg salad 1/3 cup

    Lunch, broccoslaw w/ bacon bits and a boiled egg

    Supper, bbq chicken thighs and ceasar salad

    Snack, cheddar cheese
    Herbal Tea

    Breakfast
    2 eggs scrambled

    Lunch--
    peanuts
    OMG-I can't remember what I had!


    Supper--
    BBQ--ribs, broussell sprouts

    diet pop--water


    Wednesday--
    breakfast
    2 eggs, 2 small sausage patties

    lunch--
    quater pounder w/cheese w/o the bun

    2 french fries--

    Supper will be
    cabbage/chicken&sour cream
    Today was a bad snack day!! Had 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter.....I had 1/2 cup of whipped cream with PEANUTS in it--I was hungry ALL day, and even went to bed hungry
