Linda - mostly on these days it came from bacon and beef. That's kinda rare for me to have that much fatty meat, but I shop monthly and it was the end of the month, so whatever is left LC was what I ate. Today its mostly come from the 2 carbolite bars I woofed down stress eating. {I know....bad dyan, bad.} I don't use all that much butter, except when I cook, I only use cream in my SF pudding and dishes that call for milk, and I do cook veggies with olive oil and canola oil.
