I can't believe I missed it!! Iwatch the Today show Every single day....I knew last night my kids were on a two-hour delay...so I slept in...and missed it:(

I saw the last part of it.

Katie Couric was her normal charming self :rolleyes:

I've never done Atkin's, I was always a CALP kind of girl. :lol:

You could tell by watching the interview Katie already had her mind made up that low-carb is BAD!! Atkin's was very patient when she asked the same dumb question about how can you say eating 6 slices of bacon a day is good for you.

At least once during the interview he said to her, "it's obvious you haven't read my book."

I guess she was just doing her job and being a "hard hitting reporter." Used to like her, but her politics and mine don't gel. I don't even watch the Today show anymore, hubby had left the tv on and I went into the family room to turn it off, it just so happened to be the exact moment they were doing the interview.

That's why i can't watch the today show anymore is because of (i'm so perfect ) Katie.

Sheesh! someone sent me a schedule of Dr. A's appearances:

Mon 1/27 between 7 - 10AM the Today Show

Wed 1/29 11-12 - The View

Thurs 1/30 - 8-9pm Donahue Show

I hope these are right. It doesn't seem like he would have been on "Today" today and then again on Monday, does it?

I was looking for him on the Today show on Monday too--who knows??
