Recipe Calculator

Does anyone know where I can get a recipe calculator?

What I need is something where I can put in the ingredients and the amounts and have it total the fat, cals, protein and carb counts.

Anyone have any ideas???

Much appreciated!

Weight Watchers has an excellent one on their website but you must be a memeber, and I think it give you results in points!

I remember a long time ago, someone mentioning that they had a computer program that did it... I can't for the life of me remember the name though... Kitchen or Cook's something...

Sorry I am not much help, but maybe I can jar someone elses memory???

And then there is MasterCook but it's expensive too. I know Jennifer 3FC uses it.

A cheap alternative would be to good to a blank fitday food page and put in all the ingredients, then divide the totals by the amounts of servings you get from the recipe. Then you use the "Add Custom Food" feature to record it for future use. It's a pain in the rear but it does work.
