I've been so bad lately. I just can't keep on track. Every day I say I'm getting my act together, and then I cheat.

It doesn't help that I'm going through a winter depression, my last remaining childless cousin has just announced that she is pregnant, and I feel like my life is going nowhere. I can't even stick to a diet!:(

Today:
Breakfast: one hard boiled egg, ham slices, Atkins bar, cup of tea with milk.

Snack: 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

Lunch: beef and mushroom stew, one green pepper

Snack: cheese crisp with cream cheese on top, a couple of pork rinds with cream cheese, 2 pcs. american cheese

Dinner: grilled tofu, grilled zuccini

Hi everyone,
Robin, thanks for the encouragement. I'm feeling better today :) And, stayed totally on plan yesterday plus went to the gym. I keep coming up with reasons to go off plan - like an event or whatever -- but they are just reasons and I need to just work around them. So, today's food:

Breakfast: hard boiled egg, ham slices, cheese crisp

Lunch: grilled tofu, grilled zuccini

Snacks could be: Atkins bar, green pepper

Dinner will be: roast beef, cheddar cheese and mayo on lettuce leaves.

Here's to spring!!

Wednesday

Breakfast, 3 tablespoons of egg salad
Lunch, roast beef slice (thick) and broccoslaw
Supper, cream curry broccoli soup with extra pepper!!

Snacks.......dont know, dont feel like it .......had to force everything down today

Edit: after going to the annual business assoc. meeting at a local restaurant, I had 3 crab cakes, some octopus(thats what they said it was)?? and some calamari ?? dont know what that is either. Never had any of this stuff before, it was very tastey, and extremely rich....and breaded. Now its stuck in my chest :p and Im going to be burping it all night

I weighed myself this morning and I am still at 148, which is a relief since I've been cheating so much lately! I went to the gym yesterday and did weight training, something I always put off, but now I've decided I've got to do it. And, I've already been to the gym today and done 40 minutes of cardio!!

Breakfast: hard boiled egg, ham slices, Atkins bar, cup of tea with milk and cup of barley grass juice.

Lunch: beef stew with mushrooms

Snack: grilled tofu (1 piece) with grilled zuccini and a green pepper

Dinner: I think I'm going to make buffalo wings
