For those of you cutting carbs, what advice would u give someone who is just starting out? What carbs do u avoid on a daily basis, Like bread, pasta, etc..tia..
You must avoid anything starchy, anything white and anything sweetened with real sugar.. some people even have to avoid aspartame as it may trigger cravings so try finding products with splenda instead.. For myself?? I went cold turkey off of these things.. It takes a few days getting used to but your body will eventuall love you for it.. As will the scales...
