Is this to much protein
Well last night after i got done filling out my fitday, I was amazed at how much protein i had. Now I wonder if maybe it may be to much? I ended up with, Fats 125(gr) Carb's 16 (gr) Fiber 4 and Protein 143 (gr) Total Cals 1779.
So please tell me what you think.......... |
I don't have an answer for you if this is too much protein or not, what I would do if I were you is just give it some time. See what the scale does and how you feel. Your carbs are within the range and you just may have to play it by ear and see if you lose.

I was & still am amazed at how much i ate yesterday.
I think where i went really wrong the last few month's was that i was not eating enough. And that started when the heat of summer got to me, And i just was not hungery. I only weigh myself once a week (Mondays), thats all i can take :lol: I'll let you know how that goes good or bad. Thanks again:) |
suprising the weight lifters believe that you must eat atleast 1 oz of protein per lb and some up to 1.5 oz!! so just be sure to drink your fluids please to help the kidneys process the protein!
by the way it is almost as much of protein that i eat on a daily basis! |
