Shake question/how much did you lose on Induction?
Yikes, it's only my second day on Induction and I'm already going through withdraw for caff. and sugar. Whoa!!! headaches, grumpy and more potty breaks.
Plus I feel more hungry, I eat and it's like, hello I'm still hungry, I think my body wants carbs and keeps knocking on the door for them. lol ANYWAY, how much did you lose on Induction? I mean when do you start to lose? SO with the shakes, can you have them on induction? I just got some sample shakes from vitalady's website. I wanted to use them as meal replacement, is this wise? Or can you use these shakes as just a snack? What are the politics of these shakes?! :s: They smell so good in their packets, I hope they taste good. Thanks! Jen :smug: |
hold off on those shake till after induction it has artificial sweeteners in them and that can trigger even worse carb cravings.
and if you are hungry eat please or you will feel like you are not becoming satisfied. so eat again and try to take in a bit mroe fat that seems to fufill the feelings of hunger faster than enything else! oooh also try to take chromium that does help! |
I agree with Sue......chromium and L-Carnitine, really help with the cravings!!
