Hi everybody I'm back
 

Well hello everybody I'm back. I took quite an LC break, it took my weight reskyrocketing to put me back on track. Well this is day number 3 and the carb cravings haven't hit like I thought they would,good news for me. It would be unrealistic to believe they will be permanently at bay, but this is a good start. I know with Christmas coming up next week it probably is not a good time to start, but I think my priorities are in order this time. Wish me luck, Judy

Hi Leens, thankyou for the welcome. Actually I'm encouraged and reinspired. I went down to the GNC store here in town to get some l-carnine, I met up with a lady who lost 80 pounds doing this, and let me tell you she was a tiny little person. I guess I'll be going in there alot more often. When I saw her I knew my goal wasn't impossible. I just want to get into a size 8. In Health, Judy

Hi LindaBC, I like your handle. Bob and I spent our vacation in your beautiful Province. Mutual support sounds good to me. My husband is finally supporting me this time, It has taken him awhile to come around. We'll both make it I know we will, here's to us and a thinner new year. Judy

Hi Ruth xxx, I have also spent time in your beautful province. I met someone yesterday that lost 80 pounds doing Atkins, she reinspired me. All I want to do is get in a size 8 so it ought to be doable. Judy
