Hope everyone has a healthy and happy! I'm going to be on vacation until Monday, January 6 so I'll be out of touch until then.

What a carbfest December has been! I'm sure I've learned some lessons here. One thing I know is that I feel fat and bloated. Starting tomorrow, I'm easing back into induction, and by that I mean I will be cutting out the flagrant carbs I've been eating like Doritos and bread. Monday starts strict induction and I will post my true weight (and we can all see how much I gained back over December!).

I'm also going to measure myself for added motivation. You guys are so great!!! Have a wonderful and safe time tonight. See you on Monday (with renewed motivation and strength!)

Happy New Year right back atcha, Tilly. I am sure the weight will disappear fast - fresh fat falls off faster because it does not have a huge root system like old fat.
