Jennifer would like us to add a Somersizer forum to 3FC. We'd like to know how many people here follow the plan and would benefit from a forum, vs just a thread.

If you would find this useful, please reply for a headcount. If you know of other Somersizers from "other" forums that you know would join us as well, please let us know as this will help our decision.

That is how I started out and lost about 100 pounds but then I kind of went by the wayside and have been maintaining for a couple of years and do not want THIS to by my goal weight. I would love to jump back in on this plan again.

Hi everyone!! I am new to the forums, but I'm a Somercizer and would love a SS forum. I have been off and on (mostly off) SS for a couple years. I have gained back all I lost...plus. Started fresh on Monday and so far so good.

I too would love a SS forum. I've been on the SS program for 5 days and I love it.

I was so surprised how easy it's been to follow the program and eat all this tasty food. I'm amazed to have lost 3 pounds so quickly and easily. I have 30 more pounds to lose but I'll be happy to lose 20.
