I just started the low carb diet yesterday. I have been reading up on the atkins diet. I don't think I will have that many problems cooking dinners. My boyfriend loves to have steak, or any meat and vegetables for dinner so, It will work out well- I hope. For snacks I would usually have baby carrots, wheat thin, hummus, or yogurt. During my first 14 days I can't have any of them. What can I snack on between meals. Somedays I don't have a lunch break and basically "eat on the go." These small snacks held me over till dinner or a late lunch. Do you guys have any ideas for a low/no carb snack. What about that dehidrated beef, but that is high in sodium. Are those protein bars any good, is there a protein bar that does not have any carbs?
