hi has anyone been on this low carb program? I hear it is menat to be great but don't know anyone who has been on it. I'm thinking of doing this or something similar - any feedback on how good it is or the pitfalls?

Maybe if you post a little more info on it we could be of more help.

Who wrote the book? How many carbs a day? Etc....
