Help Please!

Hi,
I have been browsing the boards and haven't decided which diet approach to take. (I am approx. 180-185 lbs. and 5'9) On Thanksgiving day my sister was mentioning a diet plan (can't think of the name) that you eat 2 meals with no carbs and 1 meal of anything you want. These meals can take no longer than an hour to eat. Does anyone know what diet I mean? I really want to get going on a plan and I have to do it on my own at home. Cost is a big factor at this time of year. Thanks for any help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.:(

Carbohydrate Addicts Diet, or CAD. There is also CALP, the lifeplan. Lots of people here are on this one. I am 5'9" and I want to weigh about 150, so you're closer than you think! I once thought I'd like to be 120, but then I realized I'd look like a walking scarecrow! Good luck to you.

Hi Sherrie and thank you for your reply. Thank you for the name of the diet. That is it. As far as the scarecrow look, I have been on both ends of the scale and at one point weighed only 117 pounds at 5'9! I looked like a live stick figure!! LOL. I'm trying for about 145 or so. Thanks again, Pam:)

Thanks Jiffy! I was just checking out the CAD sight. I think that sounds exactly like me. I am going to give it a try. Thanks:)
