That was interesting. I wish some of the restaurants around here would be a little bit better. I still get these looks everytime I say no bun, when I order a hamburger. We did eat at an all you can eat buffet today and that was the best. Meat everywhere and steamed veggies galore. I was thrilled and didn't have to explain anything.

I have to admit though, I dont have the appetite they are talking about. If anything, I eat about a 1/3 of what I used to eat. Im just not hungry on Atkins.

Ruth, your post tricked me! I thought you said there WAS a way to eat Chinese on Atkins. I read the article, skimmed back over it and then read your post again. D'oh!
