Thanks Jiff, all the posts were really great and well thought, I particularly liked Dougies post. It is nice to get a man's perspective every now and then.

Wow, what a heart-wrenching post. And some hard-hitting home truths from Doug, I need someone like him around to kick me from time to time. I'm going to start another thread over here to discuss the opposite of food addiction and overeating. Don't be gentle!!
