Reporting for Duty

Sorry, I sent a post to the wrong thread about how I am doing. But I am doing GOOD for once. Have been exercising, following my food plan, cleaning my apartment, etc. So I can report a GOOD week, one day at a time!!!!

Going to go to aqua aerobics today and sit in the hot tub for a while, then come home and relax.

Yesterday my friend talked me into playing tennis with her, I only played tennis once and really did horrible back in my early 20s so I never played again. But I actually didn't do too bad and am seriously thinking about taking lessons. Man it was a GOOD workout. :p

Doing good myself--restricted myself to just meat products at dinner time since everything else I couldn't have. I needed to drink more water today--I raised a sweat feeding everyone else!

You guys are doing so GOOD! I however am not! Gee, I can't believe myself. I am, however, going to do perfect tomorrow. I will eat right (went to the grocery store today) and I will be active all day! I have the day off, so would like to start painting my kitchen cabinets.

Who am I kidding, I will be here in front of the screen most of the day!

My poor aching tummy. Fri and Sat were totally OP. Sunday (today) we were having a cookout as a thank you for in laws who helped us move. Woke up at 6am sick as a dog. My first thought was TOM. Wrong, it was a mini-virus. Asked DH to bring me something to eat as I'm lying in bed, DStepSon (age 6) brings me his oreos and offers to share. What the heck, its a planned day to cheat anyway, so I ate 5 oreos and promtly puked my guts up. (Not counting those in my daily carb count) Take 2 Aleve and sleep til noon when DH runs the vacuum. Cookout starts at 2. Drag my butt outta bed, feeling better. Everything else today went as planned but I still feel icky. Probably because I had a small piece of dirt cake. I'm going to bed now. Just realized I'm posting this on the wrong thread. Oops. To tired to move it.
