This actually got mentioned on the PCOS board but I'm asking here: does anyone have a recipe for low carb bread using flaxseed? If you do can you pm me??

give me a day ior two but i am sure that there must be some!! try adding it grind small blender first but add it to yur recipe like adding oat or bran
