CHALLENGE ~ Day #3

  • Hey!!! Where is everybody?

    I did pretty good today! A little excercise, water, ate OP. Feeling very motivated!

    B-the usual 3 black decaf, 2 deviled eggs
    L-salad w/cheese, diced ham
    D-large chef salad, leftover ribs

    Water - still gulping
    Diet Peps-2 (hey, better than last week)

    Portions are still good.

    Back to the gym tomorrow! I'm only doing the bike and treadmill (for 3 miles) but it's a beginning!

  • Not bad til dh brought home the last of the delishious corn on the cob. so one it was. but that was all!!! I think that is still OP! since that is all the carbs i ate!

    had a pretty good day! B-2 eggs scrambled in a tsp. of olive oil;2 sausage links;half an english muffin (whole wheat) with a bit of butter; green tea L 1 cup pasta cooked aldente with pecorino romano cheese; half a whole wheat roll; carrots and tomatoes with blue cheese dressing D-large tossed salad with cajun chicken and blue cheese dressing: S-afternoon cantalope mozzarella cheese and nuts bedtime skim milk and an oatmeal cookie will have about 72 oz. of water Best of all 15 min. of exercise- not great but riight now my knee is bothering me, so hopefully i'll be increasing my time
  • I don't think I should ever join a challenge. Something about the pressure makes me go off program so fast it would make your head spin. I just finished eating, in order, a thick slice of poppy seed cake, a piece of blueberry pie and a large dish of ice cream. UUUURRRRPPPPPP!!!. That's more carbs in one sitting than I've had in weeks. Yikes! I don't know what made me do it either. The devil?
  • Day 3??? I thought we were starting today? Well I am late as usual!

    No exercise today, unless you count running my @ss off at work! Doesn't pay to be off on a holiday cos the next day is just cramming in twice the donors and twice the work in the same time. Main reason I didn't exercise is because I only had about 2 hours sleep last night. Went to bed late, then had a nightmare 2 hours later and maybe slept about 15 minutes after that.
    Too scared to sleep again!

    B Strawberry AS yogurt

    L chicken salad-salad and hot wings

    D chicken burrito. Yep, it was a plain tortilla. We need 'shamey-shamey' fingers for emoticons.

    Linda, I am with you...get a challenge and do bad!

    Need more water...think I am getting a UT infection. Or bladder one...not sure!
