I noticed over at the Body for Life thread (under Diet Plans) that they are starting a 3 week challenge after the Labor Day holliday.
I thought that it might be helpful if we had our own challenge. We don't have to compete against each other to see who lost the most. What I would like to see would be a 3 week period of accountability. It doesn't matter what low-carb diet you follow. The daily goals could be:
~~ to eat clean (you could have 1 free meal and snack/week if you like)
~~~ drink at least 64 oz of water
~~~ get some form of exercise
If we can do it for 3 weeks, it can become a habit and not as difficult to stay with it. What do you think?

) EITHER do some weights, OR take a bath OR ride the exercise bike OR jump on the trampoline OR take a nap. This is for stress reduction, one nice thing per day for ME!

Can't wait to see how well we all do! What kind of physical activities are ya'll into? I have been playing basketball and frisbee...hehe...makes me feel like a kid and doesn't seem like work.
