I have a question that I keep getting conflicting results when I've tried label reading....I enjoy eating edamame (the green soybeans in a pod) - carb counters seem to put the carb count much higher than that label on the bag. According to the bag, total carbs per serving = 5 g and fiber per serving = 5 g (protein = 6.5 g). My logic would be that this is something I can eat freely because the fiber cancels the carbs. Anyone have an opinion or experiences w/edamame??? Thanks - I look forward to getting to know you all!

We just returned from vacation so now that I have access to the good ol' ketostix, I'll see what happens if I experiment after induction.
