I've just started Atkins Induction and would like to know what you use for suppliments and/or vitamins.

I use multi-vitamins, Evening Primrose oil caps, flax seed oil, folic acid (required by my MD), protein shakes and drinks. Occassionally I will take a Ma Haung (standarized for ephedra). I know, I know~~but I have no problems with it.
When I was lifting heavier weights I also took creatine and glutamine, which helps tone and muscle recovery.
I havent been taking any vitamins but I think I will start a multi vitamin. I eat those locarb 2 carb bars and they have vitamins in them too.

I take a vitamin C every day. A multiple most days.
I take other things on and off, calcium-mag-zinc, B-complex, E, Flax Seed Oil, potassuim.
I think the C and multiple are the most important. And calcium with magnesium if you don't get enough through food.
There's a cool mix of dailies in here!
I take a men's multivitamin (more minerals), cal-mag-zinc, B complex, 400g Chromium, 450g potassium, and selenium.
When I get to the store, I'll be getting vit. C, too.

HHHMM i think we need to do this type of thing in the FAQ section as this is very important. I will work on something this weekend for this.
for me I take must
potassium so i do not get leg cramps
magnesium/calcium and zinc combo supp- helps with constipation and muscles
I do not usually take a muti vit but should
chromium for cravings but usually drop thia when i am under control
like to take vit E for the skin (not all the time)
anti oxident combo (not all the time )
I will try to work on a section for this of supps must take good to take and help ful to take. any suggestions that you take post them here and why you take them. OK??? or PM or email me si o can start this
