July 16th~Menu Thread

I hope you won't mind if I start this today. If I put it in writing it helps me to be accountable. Thanks ;)

B~Eggbeaters omlette w/broccoli

S~Low-carb Protein Shake (12gms carbs)

L~salad, HB egg

S~ Low-carb Protein drink (<1 gm carb)

D~Apple/chicken lettuce wraps

S~FF cottage cheese and SF jello

According to Fitday, this is :Cals-846, Fat-10gms, carbs-54gms, and protein-135gms. I'll probably add alittle something to my salad to increase the cals.

Ok, I added some mozzarella cheese to my omlette, I will have an extra protein drink, and add 1/2 salmon steak to my salad.
That's a grand total of:
Cals~1062
Carbs~55
Fat~22
Protein~163

Now I just have to find the time to eat all of this:dizzy:

What is everybody else eating today??????

Good morning Sill!

Was at Wally World at 7:30 this a.m., so, breakfast was 3 decafs
S-2 hb eggs / cheese
L-salad w/turkey
D-??? I know a chef salad-possibly wings. I have alot to do before I leave in the morning!

Water goal - 120 oz

Jif-regarding your comments about calories-I think I should come back in probably input my portions. Obviously if I was only eating 700 calories I'd be losing weight! lol Actually, I do have to watch the starvation mode AND eating dinner too late

Love posting menu's!

for Tuesday:

B- whey protein shake
Snack- hb egg and slice of cheese
Lunch-pork roast, peas
S- just a few Doritos' with a diet coke
D- chicken and creamed spinach

tons of iced tea and water, vitamins.

Jiff, you never have to check to see if I am eating enough! I rarely go under 1400 calories, and almost always am closer to 1600 -1800. I use fitday, and they also give you a basal metabolic rate considering your level of daily activity and you can compare your calories in, to your calories expended. You can add in your exercise for the day, and it' will track it for you over days or weeks- to average out those ups and downs... it's been really helpful to me!

Plus I can see what vitamins I am low on, always C and calcium!

But I have never been known to skip a meal! :D

What, nobody else has eaten today?

Well, I didn't eat my salmon salad (didn't feel well today:p ) but i added alittle barley to my mix for chicken lettuce wraps. :T

Now I'll have to go back to fitday and make the changes.
