Low carb protein fruit-flavored drinks
 

In trying to decrease the amount of carbs in my diet, I found a low carb protein drink. It comes in a powder that instantly mixes with water to form a fruit-flavored drink. I still use protein powder shakes (Myoplex Lite) . It is whey protein but it mixes like a drink as opposed to an opaque shake. My favorite is Strawberry-Kiwi. They are 15 gms protein,0 fat, and <1gm carbs. :cool:
I found them at a well known weight loss center. I just went in and asked if I could buy their products (as I could not find this anywhere else). No pressure sales either.
