Default Missing Period/Low Carb maybe?

Hello.....
I am ALWAYS very regular but not this month. I wonder if it's living low carb. I mean, I have NO PMS at all, absolutely nothing. I've taken 2 home pregnancy tests in 2 days and both are negative. What do you think? Could I maybe be pregnant and it's not showing up, or could it be the diet?

I have usually had mine hit harder than ususal when i first start low carb for a few months. and that has been a common complaint. I have not heard af any not getting them. wait a few more days then test again. you should technically wait about a week before you test. that will give yu the most accurate reading and do it with the first mornig urine, OK

Default On BCP?

Congrats on your surprise! You must be very excited.

I hope this is not too personal.. but you did not happen to be on BCPs and still got pregnant.. did you? Just trying to see if the rumours regarding BCP and low carb are true.

Thanks,
Tanya

Default Oh yayyyyyyyy!

Congratulations!! I am SO happy for you. This must be a wonderful time for you. Best wishes for a healthy baby!!

Tanya, I haven't heard any medical reports on LC interfering with BCP. It can help with people trying to conceive, however, because if a woman has PCOS then the whole syndrome works together. The low carbing gets the insulin in line and then sometimes the other hormones get in line too.

Nope, not on BCP's when I got pregnant. Just the luck of the draw I guess.
