3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

A big warm thank you to all my dear friends here.

My tearful moments are beginning to get further and further apart. My problem is now finding little reminders of him throughout the day. Or expecting him to be waiting for me when I come home.

The boys took it quite hard, Don (my emotional one) has had several bouts of tears this weekend. Darren had his tears and is ready to move on. He is very interested in getting another dog soon.

Mamaj, you can be sure we will never replace our big dog, but we will certainly adopt another, his gal needs a little four-legged love in her life.

When Kudo was at his best, I was at my lowest weight. I knew he would be cooped up in the house all day so I made sure he had his exercise. We walked half an hour each morning and another half hour in the evening. We walked rain or shine, I need that consistant exercise, I cannot seem to do it for myself, but I can certainly do it for a pet!
