I got to the butcher today, so I was able to pick up some beef, and I thought I'd try something interesting: bison! Had a bison-burger for supper tonight... not bad, a little tougher than a beef burger, but with sautee'd onion and mushrooms pretty good! Anyhow, it was worth a try and a change!
