I think if I were to make it over halfway to goal, I would like to take a vacation on the beach, with absolutely NOBODY I know around. Just take time to be by myself and reflect, you know. (Sigh) it will never happen!!!!!

Had a very, VERY o/p day today, and now I'm blowing it by drinking diet coke. I am so swollen my rings won't fit my fingers anymore, so I swore off ALL LIQUID EXCEPT WATER! Well, I gave in to temptation and I'll just have to pay for it tomorrow. Hmph!

Can you tell that I'm terribly stressed today and trying to find relief from this darn audit as well as other things by popping in every chance I can? :p

Okay, bit hard sharing this as I know DD (sis aka Mel) will read this later BUT she knows I share some of our issues and stress with my friends here, so here goes......I had it out with the SH (soon to be ex) H this afternoon. I promise that I never raised my voice or used profanity but did let him know he needs to leave her and my gb's alone! Actually in the initial conversation I asked him nicely to please leave them alone so they could continue to heal and move forward. I've kept my mouth shut long enough. Yes, I called him. I asked him very nicely more than once in a civil way to please leave them alone so they could continue with the healing. His phone calls and "conversations" have such a horrible emotional affect on sis which the kiddos see/since/know. I see them each getting stronger every day. Then I see the days where "he" is in their daily lives. I just want him to go away. (not in a bad sense tho) Sis is right, he is in complete denial that just cause he's getting counseling that a 9 and 11 year old will see that, accept that and just forgive him and welcome him back into their lives with full forgiveness and no reproccusions (sorry, know spelling is wrong-don't really care right now).

Sissy and I talked and we're okay. But I am very worried about YOU/HER. As she well knows.

Gee, this is a bit weird sharing things about Kudos and my life together but separately. But Sis knows that I only talk to Susie and all of you.

BEACH PARTY / RAUL (are you gonna share him?) / BEERS & SHOTS / are sounding real good bout now!

i'm overwhelmed by all these wonderful ideas!!! when i left home this morning [this work thing isn't exactly my cup of tea, but it has to be done!!!], jd's whale watching trip seemed like just the ticket!!! but then, L's suggestion of a museum trip is really right up my alley!!! haven't been able to go to one in years. and there are so many wonderful ones.

and the day of pampering <sigh> what luxury!!! or spending some time with one or more of you in person... now THAT would be a real treat. or being able to give an actual, eyewitness report of debkay....

but, for the record, <giggling here> whatever it ends up being, it won't start with 'take your sisters' they're welcome to come along...

here i thought i'd just buy a nice pair of earrings, and leave it at that!!!! well, we have 15 pounds or so to decide. at the rate i'm going, that'll be around 3 weeks. i'll be sure to keep ya'll posted.

LEENS.... i'm glad peachie asked the question... i just couldn't imagine why ANYONE would actually WANT to fast... we both know someone who fasts during Lent. he says that it makes him feel more spiritual, but i think it makes him hallucinate!!!

Bad news...dh's mom is in bad shape...and not expected to make it thru the night. I love that lady, not just because she is my mil, but she is a tough nut with lots of personality and, well, I just feel sad :(
