Oh dear... it's been too long, and there are too many excuses, but I think I'm back. :::chuckle:::

Basically, 9/11 hit and although no one in my congregation was immediately affected, the ripple effect was enormous on my church as well as my family. My spouse lost his job (he's okay, got another one... but is working in a position held by someone who lost his life in tower 2. Ick, ick, ick.

So,instead of taking care of me, I've been taking care of others, but darn it! 6 mos. have passed and if I don't start taking care of me it's going to start getting tough to take care of others.

So, yes. I am back.

Now, someone bring me up to speed on all the good gossip and where is that blasted duct tape?

Now that is exceeding strange. I was thinking about you Friday and actually sent you an email saying to pop in and say Hi and it bounced back. m And here you are! I'll PM the transcript to you.

In the meantime welcome welcome welcome back! We will kill the fatted calf for supper!

i'm doing great... the job hunt now starts. the bypass surgery was january 29, and between then and last monday [march 4], i had lost 69 pounds, for a grand total of 167 since you saw me in august. i'm just about halfway done...

peachie is doing great as well...
