I know what it is, and I know what it is about.... I have read the new DANDR....

I want to hear any real life experiences with it..... did you do it? why? what were your results? how long did you do it? did you gain when you went off of it?

I am just curious to be honest. I like to know things, and this is something I have never heard a real story from. Just saving up Atkins knowledge for the future of my lifelong Atkins journey. :)
