  • Monday-treamill 30 minutes
    Tuesday-weight training
    Wednesday-day off

  • OK, I'm in already!

    I will be doing about one hour of work at the gym, I don't know what yet because I'm going to be getting an exercise schedule fit just for me!
  • well missed monday but went for 30 on the elliptical today yesterdau 15, and both days 45 on the weights!! WHOO HOO i feel those muscles popping!!
  • trying to walk off the buns!
    Monday - 40 minute walk & situps
    Tuesday - 30 minute walk, hand weights & situps
    Wednesday - 30 minute walk, hand weights & situps
  • did 30 on the elliptical, then 45 on weights. did killer lowerbody today!!

    Yesterday I felt lovely. Today I feel. . . what, hately? Anyway, did another 30 mins. at the cemetery, and now I feel like death warmed over (no pun intended) sore and crampy. When does this stop? And, why does it hurt to be good to our bodies??
  • Going to the gym this moring afte I have a bit of brekkie and some coffee to meet with my personal trainer! I am going to have a full exercise program to help me get back on track. I can't wait! I intend on doing another 1/2 hour on the bike, same as I did yesterday.
  • OK it's Friday and I have already done my 1/2 hour on the bike. Feeling a lot better but I know that I need to intake more water. My quads are seriously getting worked out!
