Menus - January 29
Thought I'd start this up again since it's always been a help to me and we have some newbies and some "old timers" who are starting over.
Yesterday (Atkins Induction) B - 1 cup steamed mushrooms, 3 slices bacon L - turkey breast, salad (1 cup lettuce, 1T bacon bits, 2T Ranch dressing) D - pork chops, same salad as lunch 202 pz water Jennifer :) |

thanks for starting this up again - as you know - I was looking for this yesterday - I need all the ideas I can get!
Yesterday was 2 cups decaff coffee B - 2 egg omelet with cheese L - tuna salad and a 40 minute walk Snack - sugar free lime jello D - grilled chicken with grilled onion and a salad 64 oz of water 1 caff free diet coke Today is 2 cups decaff coffee B - 3 slices rolled up turkey with cheese Snack - celery with cream cheese & olive spread L - beef jerky and a 30 minute walk Snack -sugar free lime jello D - grilled fish and a salad at least 64 oz of water and 1 caff free diet coke |
