hey there ladies...I did better than I thought yesterday, having those chocolate chip cookie bars and pesto in the house...managed to eat jsut one bar, and thats 'cause DH ATE THE REST!!!!!!!! at first i cried, then i eralized it was for the best..con't be having anything around to tempt me...not that he was likely thinking that when he scarfed em all down.....

other than that, today turned out to be a beautiful sunny day, lots of wind..i eill have to go for a walk this afternoon....

ps I have a cat, no kids, but we look at him like a baby..he is nearly the size of one...we call him mr. kitty.
