Just a quick not to say HI! I want to welcome you to the group. I like to quilt but time is not in my books. I do love to sew but that also is not in there too. I do Protein Power Plan and have done very well. the zone is similar I am sure that there are a few who do that here. what you will find mostly here is atkins and cad, and a few sommers, sugarbusters, low glycemic, ww/low carb, HHMM did I miss any? I am sure there are more but in essesence they are all similar. welcome again and feel free to post anywhere!
Thanks for the welcome, I've been posting on another web site and we seem to have fallen into a rut (not really doing anything just talking about it). I just need to get re-motivated and back to doing what I know is better for me.

We are happy you have joined us!!! I am doing a WW/LoCarb plan together. I had a rough time with doing either one by itself so I have combined them and all seems to be well.
