I have a question.

I have a lot of problems with my knees. Someone recommended either Glucosamine Sulfate Complex.... and/or..... Glucosamine Chondroitin.

What is the difference between the two???? Which do you prefer??

I asked my doctor about this at my last annual. She recommended Glucosamine without the Condroitin. She said that the Condroitin is an animal lubricant (from cows I believe). She said it was unnecessary if the Glucosamine works. It is working for me. I started by taking 2000mg per day for the bottle and am now at 1000mg per day. It takes a few weeks to build up in your system, but it has REALLY helped me with creakyness and pain, especially up and down the stairs.
