Thanks for doing the challenge Sweet Sue!
I'm sticking like glue to my program, but the scale's stuck too! I'm okay with it though. Just knowing that I'm doing what I should makes me feel on top of it. (I wrote all about it in the daily).

This has had me wondering for weeks: What on earth is Ozzie?

Hi,

Made it through day 1. Yay!!

Yesterday's Menu (Atkins Induction):

B - 2 boiled eggs
L - 4.7 oz baked chicken breast w/Tabasco
D - 2 hamburgers (6.1 oz total), 2 tblspns mustard, salad (3 cups lettuce, 1 hb egg, 2 tablespoons ranch dressing)

163 oz water

Exercise: AM - Body Flex lower body w/o
Richard Simmons Broadway BlastOff video 25mins
PM - Body Flex upper body w/o
Richard Simmons Disco Sweat video 64 minutes

Sue - you're kicking booty in the gym!
Chickadee - Good for you for not letting the stuck scale get you down. Maybe try increasing your water for a few days to see if that helps.

See ya!

Hello everyone.

OK I am going to admit I fell a wee bit today Igot into some leftover Halloween chocolate bars and had a munch fest. I have a headache now so I have learned my lesson and am now drinking some water to clear it out of me. I promise I will do better!

B-coffee
L-meatballs, mixed veggies, spaghetti sauce
D- same as lunch

More water today because I messed up.

No exercise either, feeling really tired right now

great job getting back on the wagon Pooky. throw the candy out, or have DH hide it. remember the chromium will help get rid of the cravings for carbs. but also remember to have some good foods on hand.

the important thing is that you did not let it ruin your day. the small slip will be water off the back

Talking

Sounds like the "E" word to me Peach!

Absolutely worn out! Got the Suburban back aat 3:20. Ran to the malll for b-day presents (I'm surprised that Chad -- 30 on Sunday loved his gifts), got home at 5:15, did grocery store AND got everything (after that) started AND Michael's football game.

Dinner was extremely late but everyone was happy and full. Gave Chad his cherry pie to take home along with his chickem fried steak.

ME?

B- 1 slice cheese / 1 teaspoon of p.butter
L- tuna w/mayo - 1/2 tomato
D-2 large salads // 1 fried ssteak

Drank my water BUT had 3 Pepsi One's during the day!

I managed to do about 1 mile of a walk.

Hi guys--did pretty well in the food department today--this rotten cold has taken my appetite--there is my silver lining! My only exercise was keeping up with my 3rd graders and keeping myself moving when all I wanted to do was curl up on the couch and sleep. I did drink LOTS of water. Thanks again Sue for doing this.
