Thanks JHP, But I already got the Stillmans diet.

I'm looking for the old quick weight loss diet from the quick weight loss clinic.

Do you remember the one with the apple cider vinegar H20 and the one apple a week. I have forgotten a lot of the rest of it but now there is a new version of this diet but it costs about a couple hundred dollars to join the clinic. So if anybody here has it I sure wish you'd share.
