I have a HUGE turkey that I need to cook this week, its been in my freezer forever ;)

Do you guys have any idea's on any Low Carb Side Dishes to go along with it? Could use your help AGAIN :D

A few days ago I ran across a pumpkin pie made with equal! Let me know if you are interested in the recipe and I will dig it out.

How about a veggie fest? Maybe sides of broccoli and the green bean thing? (can you tell I am not so good at this? :o I am sure a smart chick will come along and help you!!!

Faux mashed potatoes: it's actually mashed cauliflower which has been steamed/boiled and mixed with cream cheese and seasoning. If you'd like a reciped let me know.

Some people do a stuffing with a pork rind mixture. Since I can't get pork rinds here, I've never tried it, but i may be able to locate a recipe.

I also have recipes for pumpkin cheesecake.
