Rest Of The Week Challenge - Day 1

  • HOW IS EVERYONE DOING?

    My goal is to stay OP & exercise every day!

    Tuesday:

    B - 2 hardboiled eggs
    L - chicken breast
    D - steak, salad
    169 oz water

    AM - 1/2 Body Flex workout
    PM - other 1/2 Body Flex Workout
    30 minute lower body tape
    30 minute walk

  • I am hungry!!! I NEED TO GET SOME FOOD

    YESTERDAY I DID GREAT
    I HAD COFFEE
    and a shake for breakfast
    l- huge bowl of chilli!!!
    d- 6 meatballs

    exercise yes a huge success. i did my running and OZZIE he killed me hit my lower body hard!! but i needed it!!

    water i NEED to work on that since i am home it is not getting in as good as when i was not!!!
  • Well, so far so good for today!

    b ~ 2 grillers
    sn ~ 1 egg & cheese
    l ~ McD's Ceasar Salad Shaker & dressing
    d ~ Pork & green beans

    exercise 10 minutes on eliptical machine
