I hope this finds you well! I’m reaching out because I’m feeling a bit stuck and could use some guidance and support from this amazing community.
Over the past several months, I’ve been committed to my weight loss journey by maintaining a balanced diet and staying active. I’ve been tracking my meals, staying within my calorie limit, and incorporating a mix of cardio and strength training into my workouts. Up until recently, I’ve been seeing steady progress. However, for the past 4-6 weeks, my weight hasn’t budged, and it’s starting to feel a bit discouraging.

I’ve heard that plateaus are normal in any weight loss journey, but now that I’m experiencing one, I’m unsure about the best way to move forward. Here’s where I’d love your input:
Calorie Adjustments: Should I consider reducing my calorie intake further, or is that counterproductive at this stage? I’m worried about going too low and potentially slowing my metabolism.
Exercise Variety: Would changing my workout routine help? I’ve been doing a mix of running, walking, and some basic strength training, but I’m open to new ideas.
Other Strategies: Are there other tips or tricks you’ve found helpful when overcoming a plateau? For example, focusing more on hydration, sleep, or stress management?

Mental Strategies: How do you stay motivated when progress slows down? I’m trying not to let this affect my mindset, but I’d love to hear how others have kept their spirits up during similar phases.
My current goal is to lose another 15-20 pounds, and while I know this isn’t a race, I want to ensure I’m making sustainable progress. Any advice, personal experiences, or words of encouragement would mean the world to me.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this – looking forward to hearing your thoughts and suggestions!
Warm regards,
