Unexpected NSV
 

So I had to go to the office today, which is a 3hr round trip of driving, and as I was toodling along daydreaming, I noticed that my knuckles on the steering wheel looked thinner. And then that my wrists were flat! And when I twisted them a bit you could see the wristbones. They didn't look like my hands!!! I was so impressed I nearly ran in to the back of someone!!

Anyone else noticed little changes that you wouldn't normally think about due to losing weight?

Yeah! I love NSVs like that - unexpected in something you see every day! Good for you!

another one is my wedding ring and engagement ring are loose now, which is more annoying than a NSV, as I keep playing with them and swizzling them around, or sliding them up and down my finger!
