Im trying to take progress pics but its just me by myself with a full length mirror and cell phone. i cant seem to get my back side.any ideas or advice?

Stand with your back to the mirror and hold up your phone so that you're taking a picture of the mirror. Shut off the flash and make sure your room is well lit.

Also, have you checked the settings on your phone? Most phones these days have timers. You can set the timer, put the phone propped up and facing you, and the phone will take the picture for you.

I'm able to prop the phone up on my shoulder without twisting too much to take a picture of my back. But I might be pretty flexible. Else, you'll need to set a timer or have another person take a photo of you.

Check out my siggy! I did that - just use a mirror and twist - its not comfy but you only need to snap a couple for a few seconds.
