What NOT to do at goal..
SO, i'm "looking good and feeling great", LOL. And put on a Tank (didn't wear them when i was fat) and shorts and go out and do gardening all day long. Slip into bed late at night and wonder why my back is ON FIRE, LOL. I have redhead skin, was born a red head (faded to dark blonde) so yea, moral of story, WEAR SUNSCREEN!

Ooh ouch! :(
On the positive side, check out the muscle definition in your shoulder! Silver linings, right? :) |
I have a lot of sympathy. I looked like that after an afternoon outside for wedding pictures this weekend.

WOW!
Usually before our first summer outing (of any length) for the season I have to reason (nag/plead/beg) with my redheaded boyfriend why he really should put on sunscreen. He always seems to forget how bad the first burn of the year hurts. I wish you a speedy recovery! |
ooohhhh I feel for you :(:( ouchhhh
I also burn like crazy and will burn even through some sunscreen apparently....be careful of getting sunsick from it too, I've had that happen a few times, awful stuff |
Ouch!
Feel better soon |
Ouch! Put whatever your favorite lotion is in the fridge so it's cold, and apply liberally! Also, wet a washrag or hand towel, put in the freezer for a bit, and apply.
Cold lotion and compresses of any kind, help take the heat out! |
As a ginger, I can honestly say that this is why I avoid going outside. I don't tan. At all. I just start to develop a burn within minutes.
My mom, also a ginger, always jokes that I could get a burn in the winter. Sadly, it's true. |
