I'm attending a wedding on Friday, so I'm going to have to go dress shopping. I tried a week ago, but didn't think to bring someone with me...had trouble with zippers (in the back etc). Anyway, I'm not where I want to be weight-wise, and I'd love to not feel awful in what I get.

Any tips on picking something flattering? Thanks.
