question about a scar...?
 

im not sure that this is the right place to post, but i was wondering what weight loss will do to the scar i have on my side

when i was 13 i got bitten by a brown recluse spider, and the bite ate away a large portion of my side and when it healed it turned into a pit basically, in my side. it is about an inch and a half around and at least a half inch deep.

will this get better or worse with weight loss?

i know it will not go away, im just hoping it wont turn into a fist sized hole or anything. :(

How's the scar looking so far? Have you noticed any difference? I don't think weight-loss would affect it, especially if you have regular work-out sessions. Improving it, I don't see how, but if you're worried about the loose skin making it bigger perhaps try working that area more, or using skin tightening creams?
