Problems with Woman Within returns
Hi everyone...
I'm not sure how many people use Woman Within, a division of Redcats (I'm pretty sure), and they also are the same company that owns or has another company OneStopPlus.com I liked Woman Within even though I hadn't ordered much, I liked them until well, it took over a month to process a return for one item and the WW customer service said they had refunded my $$ but it was never reflected on my bank account. I actually had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back!! :mad: I don't know how many banks are as nice as mine, that will hand over the disputed money within four days but I really lucked out that I wasn't left $31.99 out in the cold which would have been the case if I didn't get my bank involved. So this post is basically a caution/fyi to any Woman Within customers, be careful on your returns. I'd hate to see anyone get caught in the same mess I did!! ;) |
That is too bad. I frequently shop Woman Within, OneStopPlus.com and the outlet store BCOutlet.com (All Redcat stores). I've never had a problem with returns, even of clearance and discounted items. I hope they haven't changed customer service providers (I know many companies outsource customer service).

I only ever had 1 return to WW and it was around Christmas. I had no problems. Let's just hope it was a fluke.

I've never had any problems. Why is this thread under Lighten Up? It sounds like a serious topic to me. Can the mod move it to a more appropriate forum?

Woman Within Catalog
I too had problems with Woman within. I ordered $300 to $400 hundred worth of clothing and was shorted two items. Their customer service totally blew me off although I have emailed more that 6 times about the problem. It is too late to file a complaint with my credit card. Buyers beware!
I just found another plus size shop, Catherines, that is very nice. |
