5 hours of yard work? On top of a work out? I feel great!
 

For once, I'm here excited and singing praises. I didn't WANT to do the yard work, but I did it. And I did 5 hours worth! On TOP of a 40 minute work out. I did have pizza for dinner, but you know what? I'm not concerned about it. I burned twice as many calories to allow me to eat it.

Please don't rain on my parade and tell me how I should have made a better choice, blah blah, it's a long story, and I feel good about my choices today, so here's a big hug to everybody! :hug:

Don't you just love when everything comes together nicely?

I wonder how many calories I burned...I'm hoping desperately to see 165 on the scale tomorrow, as well. Today it was 167.8...so we'll see!
