Pantie shopping...
I have been squeezing into my 2x underpants for over a year refusing to go up to 3x... When I lost the first 20 or so pounds they finally fit right but where mostly wrecked from accommodating my fat butt so, about a month ago, I bought 5 pairs of 2x microfiber panties at Target. And they are already ALL way to big!!!!
Yippie! I got 4 pairs of xl last might. Usually I wear my nickers until they are worn out but these where ten buck a pair, so even though I think it's sort of gross, I called "dress for success" and asked if they would take them . They said yes so I double washed everything including my last two 44D bras and took them over along with all my outgrown work wear. So, is crazy to celebrate fitting into extra large panties?:carrot: |

I just bought new underwear myself. I was getting this saggy diaper look --what is up with that???? So, I went out and treated myself to some really cute size 9 boycut shorts (1x). I love them. They cover my sagging belly, actually hold it in a little. But they show a little cheek and make me feel a little sexy. Not to mention all that excess material is gone and my pants look so much better without all that extra material in the seat ;)

I have to say that one of the BEST things about losing the weight was having the darn underpants not roll up under my belly any more. I HATED that. I don't like thigh-hi's....only bikinis (and of course, no granny panties....but that goes without saying lol...oh, and no thongs...I'm almost 60, for crying out loud). But man....it is SO great for my bikini underwear to be fitting me like a normal person and not doing that darn rolling up under the belly! I can so totally relate. I am currently in the "modified" granny panties that go high on the hip! But even they look better in size 1x than they did in 3x! And they are not rolling down!!!!
I can't wait to buy bikini panties again! Currently I would have to face the dilemma of whether to let my fat hang over or tuck it in.... |
nancymae, this is one of the best ways to celebrate weight and waist loss I can think of. you go girl!
